This is number 45 on the JB hit parade. Ha ha! Sure hope you like this song. It is one of the first songs I ever wrote. I am running a little behind. I promised one a week and only have 45 songs on here at present. You can sort back through this blog from the first of the year to find the songs you like best. So, I need to post seven more songs before the end of the year. It's just a matter of sitting down and doing a little practice and playing.
My main theme is still to get some songs out there and possibly have some artist or producer pick up on it and find one or more that they could use. The songs are all copyrighted but I would be happy to share if you see something worth producing.
Please enjoy "Fore I Die".

DIE"

Every time I
hear the groanin of a diesel train,
or listen to
the whinin of a jet airplane,
or watch all
those people go travelin by,
I want to go
where they're goin'
I want to see
what they're seein'
I want to do
what they're doin'
Fore I die
Like a train
that has no wheels to roll
Like a miner
when there is no more coal
Like a bird
without the wings to fly
I could cry,
Lord I could cry
Every time I
see a picture in a magazine
Of some far
off place, where I've never been
I fold up
the picture and I want to cry
I want to go
where they're goin'
I want to see
what they're seein'
I want to do
what they're doin'
Fore I die
